- Add Auctomated Mailbox-Wide Forwarding
I've now added mailbox-wide automated forwarding from a given address to an external address. I've also made sure to allow this only if enabled by an an authorised user in the administration centre. They can enable/disable automated forwarding tenant-wide as well as allowing forwarding to any or specific domains.
- Add CC/BCC Options
Continuing the slow march to complete basic feature set. Table-stakes. Testing has taken a lot more time compared to actual implementation of the feature. Just want to make sure it's done and rendered right both in the sending UI and more importantly in the receving accounts across multiple providers.
- Adding Forwarding to Mail Actions
Today is all about forwarding. I've focused on adding the ability to "Forward" messages. I see this as a "Manual forward" as opposed to the automated "Inbox-wide" forwarding also will be implemented separately (even though admittedly they are somewhat related functions).
Once this is done then I'll work on signatures. Then the core mailbox experience will be complete and I can go towards more "tenant-wide" rules and adding collaborative experiences through groups.
