  As part of the mailbox experience "Drafts" is one of the most critical to get right. I remember a client that used drafts as more an ongoing message that they updated the whole year to use keep up with their tax deductions... When I was doing their migration from one email provider to another the drafts came out of sync and they ended up deleting it... that was not a fun time trying to recover it (I had backups obviously but Jesus...). That's when I knew some people just use email "wrong"... or they just like the thrill that at any point their work could just disappear if they don't realise.

  Saves automatically when context changes (when email composer or the whole window closes)

  My drafts implementation will hopefully fix that. If I can make it work for this person I can make it work for anyone.... Seriously though what absolutely crook behaviour.
